Gregg Fraley is an expert in a process called "CPS", a structured model for creative problem solving. It's a very useful model to explore, generate ideas, and get into action on solutions for any complex challenge. CPS alternates divergent (list making) and convergent (choice making) steps. Improv games are highly useful in making those lists and choices in a more fun, imaginative, and out-of-the-box way. Gregg will walk through the CPS process quickly then will facilitate a number of adapted improv games to explore, ideate, and plan solutions. Gregg is the author of Jack's Notebook, a business novel that explains CPS in story form.
Investment: £5. Please RSVP here or directly with Belina. We look forward to seeing you there!
