What happens when Applied Improvisation meets Transactional Analysis (TA)? Well, we co-create new, enjoyable, positive experiences in the form of games.

In this session led by Paul Z Jackson and Graeme Summers, you will discover:
What makes a good encounter
How to develop skills for more constructive conversations A framework for engaging with new experiences

All of which can be applied to the ways you work with teams and organisations. We'll do this with an engaging mix of activities, exercises, ideas, discussions and practical tips. Parents, adults and children ego states welcome.
