Hi Everyone who is attending this conference!!!

I'm Lou living in Tokyo... and I am attending this amazing conference.
Just booked my flights for Trondheim.. will be there from June 3rd - 11th.. sooooooo excited about meeting those exciting people!!

Before I leave Tokyo... I would love to introduce myself..

I went to Western Oregon State University in Monmouth, Oregon... after graduation, I came back to Japan and started working at English conversation school as school manager for a couple of years... then got a job at IBM Asia Pacific Service Corporation... worked there as an event coordinator at Event Marketing Dept.. then became an instructor teaching communication skills (presentation, coaching, phycological behavior) at IBM Learning Services.

In 2003, I incorporated my own company in Hawaii.... which is called Ena Communication.. we provide Event and Learning Services.

In 2006 Autumn, I published my own book called "everything's going great if you go with Yes,and" (Yes,and de subete wa umaku iku).. so far... 12000 copies have sold...

And this year.. I have started my own improv troupe! called cocoRococo.. cocoRo means heart.. or mind.. in Japanese. coco means here... English names is "Precious Present"

I call myself as a social entrepreneur.... I believe our services help the world peace! hehe

My logic is that when a person who attend my workshop learn how wonderful to think positive Yes,and.. then he/she is going to be happier... Happy person never hurt anybody....
When those people increase, happy phenomenon expand to the area around them... then expand to all around the country.... then all around the world...

Anyways..... I would LOVE to be hosting the next or next next AIN conference in Japan!!
I would love to get everyone to know Japan better.. Japan is also a beautiful country with nice and kind people :)
I attached some photos about Japan in my page... please take a look!

Thank you so much for reading! and sooooo Looking forward to meeting everyone!!

It is just a small week until the early bird offer will expire and the first draft of the program is soon to be released!
To all of you music lovers out there: Trondheim Rock Festival and Trondheim Jazz Festival will take place in Trondheim at the same time as our AIN - Eu Pre-conference and Conference! Be there June 5th - 8th. :-)
OOOo this is too good to be true! ;-D

It is so inspiring to hear that people are planning to come to Trondheim!
I gave this feedback to David who among other things asked about hotels:

"When it comes to hotels, I will suggest Thon Hotel Trondheim. It is a very nice hotel in the centre of Trondheim very close to the busses which will take you to the campus where the conference will take place.

If you go to the registration page all the way from the conference page, here at this site
(http://appliedimprov.ning.com/conferences) (just two clicks away), there will be a link to
all the hotels we have made good deals with for the conference."

Again, the early birds get the best offer, so don't hesitate to make your bookings.
I know that Matt has been ready for a month already, and finally: REGISTRATION PAGE IS OPEN! :-) Jan. 15. is a very happy day. Just go to "Conferences" at this site.

Yesterday, Erlend Dehlin, soon to get his PHD on the topic "Improvisation and Leadership", confirmed that he will be at the conference presenting his research. I am so much looking foreward to that!

Stay tuned, more good news to come! Matt, after waiting so long, make sure you get the early bird rate! :-)

All the best,
Sven
Okay, I just signed up for the Trondheim group, so I'm assuming I'll get notified about how to register for the conference when it's ready---- but I'm ready now!
Hey guys, how do people sign up for the conference in Trondheim? Is there a registration page/site?
Hi Alain, there will be a registration page up soon. It's under construction these days! ("Soon" means before X-mas.) I'll be back with more - soon.
When and where did the first AIN conference take place? Are there still people around us that can tell. :-) (Maybe we should hire a historian for the network?)
