Spreading the Transforming Power of Improvisation

Spreading the transformative power of Improv to LARGE groups..

I'm really interested in using improv with groups 60 - 300...
So far I've not had too much trouble running the workshops till i reach the point of the debrief.. I'd love to learn more ways and techniques, if any, that can help me in creating successful debriefs that are NOT dull & boring with large groups.. I want to drive home the message after all the fun that people have experienced improv-ing without sounding pedantic or being the spoilsport in the group!!..
Workshop topics include communication, leadership, motivation & team building..

I've been running workshops for companies in the technology and business processing business for the last couple of years and usually the group sizes are 15-20..

thanks paul..your point has triggered some more interesting ways to fuel discussion amongst the group.. activities like making a few of the quieter participants as well as the more articulate ones share their learnings with the group at large.. taking the sharing further by using it as the basis of a newer short-form gamesirrsize!!

You probably know this - set the debrief question and have people discuss their answer in pairs, or small groups. Play variations on the groupings - eg people nearest you, people you have not yet worked with, people with items of clothing the same colour as yours, etc.

Cheers, Paul
