Paul, Andrew, Simo and I were brainstoriming ideas on the drive back to Calgary. The only one I can remember (!) was to invite Jonathan Fox and Jo Salas of Playback Theatre fame.

Keep it scaleable. This year we had 100 or so attending, the highest yet in a steady growth pattern. It may easily accelerate as word gets round, as missing-this-year return next year, as this fab website stokes the flames, etc, etc.
