The Conference Planning team just sent out an email describing the 3 precon sessions, and will also be posting that information on this site very soon, along with a summary description of conference sessions. Well the latest is that the place is booked and the program committe are hard at work putting together a superb program for us.
I am in discussion with both IO and Second city to see how they can play a part in our conference.
The absolute latest is that I met last week with Charna Halpern at IO and she is keen to play a part.

I am in Chicago a lot...my son Zach Laliberte lives there still, working as an actor after gradusting from Columbia College of Chicago and I am often in Chicago to see him in shows...he's in a show at the Vittum right now..."The Cay"...and I was there abut two weeks ago to see that and to see the Redmoon Theatre Production of "Hunchback" both shows were amazing...anyway...he is also an improviser...a Loose Moose Summer school alum with Keith Johnstone and Dennis Cahill and Shawn Kinley...and was at the Moose when Sven was there and Erik...when was or IS the conference in Chicago...if it has already happened ..well WHAT happened there? who attended? where can I get info...help someone!

It hasn't happened yet...it' will be in October this year
I am hoping to sign the contract with a great hotel tommorow and then will announce formally the dates and times and some info about what the planning will be.
I had hoped this would have been done weeks ago but it has been a tricky negotiation and Im sure everyone will be as excited as I am when you hear all the details...
