Improvisation and Employee Engagement
Does anyone have specific resources, perspectives, or talents in using improvisation approaches for employee engagement? I started a social network on employee engagement and I would love to have anyone from this network offer some input and perspective for people involved with employee engagement.
I have used some simple improvisation games or skills with people in the workplace and I think there are some powerful applications.
