Emotional intelligence development

I am preparing a workshop for managers which will be about emotional intelligence competence development. Could you recommend me some impro games and situations which would help to intensify learning and a development in self-reflection, self-leadership, awareness of others and managing interpersonal relationships with positive impact to others?
