The Applied Improvisation Network

Spreading the Transforming Power of Improvisation

Hello! I'm new to this Network and am excited about seeing like-minded people sharing thoughts.

I give Buffoonery Workshops as a way to get people out of their heads, into their bodies, and into their playful, honest place. The Bouffon is unlike the clown in that it loves to make fun of the human being, & it is very happy in it's bouffon gang. As a by product, the "team" is very nurtured at the same time as the individual.

So far, my workshops have been attended more by actors, but are slowly grabbing the attention of people in the wellness industry. I would love to expand more into various businesses but am concerned about my timing.

What do you think? And, has anyone else done this type of teaching? I would appreciate any feedback from you.

Best way to find out is try it. One idea is to invite a mix of people, including those from the businesses you want to expand into, and let them experience it - offer you feedback, etc.
