Help with proposal

The KU Medical School where I'm an Adjunct has called for proposals for a Faculty Summit, on effective teaching. I want to propose a session on something like "dynamic presentations in large classrooms." The session will be 40 minutes but a more detailed topic could take two sessions. The proposal must fit on one page.

I know that several AIN members work with Universities, and I'd appreciate any suggestions on what to put into this proposal.
