Here's the details about the optional tour before the conference.

please arrive Japan before the 15th.
I would suggest staying at the same hotel (Tresto Inn).

16th.. 9:30am Meet at the hotel lobby. Lou will take everyone to go to the train station
Take a train for Hakone-Umoto Station.
Go to Hakone Open-Air Museum!

17th.. 10am Check out the hotel
Walk around Hakone
3-4pm Go back to Tokyo
6pm Check in Tresto Inn.


Fee : 20,000 yen
including transportation for the round trip, Museum Entrance, Dinner,
one night at the inn

not including lunch on the day 1 and breakfast on the day 2

If you like to stay at a single room, you will have to pay extra 10,000yen...
If you like to share a room with another person ( meaning 2 people / room), you will have to pay extra 4000 yen.
