Hi Folks,
It's understandable that there's confusion as the instructions needed to be clearer on the way the story was threaded (replies, etc.) We had some wonderful replies, but I think we need to close this one down and start it again with some more clarity. Thanks to all who participated though! :)

If nobody starts another thread within a week or so, I'll do it again ;)

Cheers,
Leif

and the goblins, glowing blue in the lightexplosion, fell on their knees, faces pressed in the wet earth - "command us, master of the sword!"

Seth frowned, his mind reeling to make sense of the events that had just transpired. He swiveled the sword round, feeling it heavy yet stable in his hand. Yeah, that would definitely make a nice gift for his friend Nathan, whose birthday was up tomorrow, he mused incoherently. Wait, was he in a BOOK now? Titled, "how to let your son win"? He grappled for meaning, understanding - did his parents let him win all the time???? His mind refused him service, instead he felt his stomach tightening, filling with a sense of...

{I like the game too, you guys! Well done Nathan on making a fresh start by summarizing, enabling us to go on. I'd really lost track. @James: I tried to tie your line in with mine here and keep the story focussed in one reply-to series; please consider deleting your reply for clarity's sake?}

{Looks like we've run into a problem. Because we each replied to previous replies, the indented replies would only let us go so far. My hunch is that that is why the game had a few different confusing final posts as well.

While we could continue the story by starting to reply like I am here, my hunch is it would then get REALLY confusing, especially to new folks. If we start a new one, the important thing would be to ONLY CLICK "Add Reply" to the original post, and not reply to subsequent replies. Get it? Want to start again? I was thinking, people could even get creative and add pictures if they wanted.... :) }
Hi, I'm confused by the instructions, if you add reply to the original note does it not get even more complex? Not sure but very happy to try again, it's a fun two minute mind break...Mind you, won't be near a PC for a while so will have to join later. Well done on starting it!
