Here is how you book your room for the upcoming AIN Conference at McMenamins Edgefield (http://www.mcmenamins.com/index.php?loc=3&id=30):

You call one of these numbers:

and say you are attending the AIN Conference in November. Then book the number of nights you are planning to stay, name the specific dates (the rooms are blocked out for 11/11-11/15) and specify a Queen, King or Double Queen Room. It is important to note that all these rooms are shared bathrooms (dormitory style bathrooms). These bathrooms are supercool, though there is another bathroom option below. Here are the prices for the rooms (the higher price is for the Friday and Saturday night):

Queen rooms = $60/nt - $70/nt
King rooms = $75/nt - $90/nt
and Double Queen rooms = $80/nt. - $95/nt.

There are also a few rooms left with individual bathrooms. So if you prefer this option, ask about availability and try to book ASAP. These rooms range from $110 to $145 per night.

Please note, you are not able to book rooms on-line, it must be done by phone.
