Hello everyone. I'm new to AIM and exited to have found such a great resource. For my master thesis I am looking how improvisation can enrich design and especially service design. You can find an overview of my work here: www.improsign.tumblr.com

Thanks to everyone who came out to Keith Johnstone's workshops in Chicago at Second City and Chattanooga TN in March 2010.
