I live in Port Townsend, WA.
PT as we locals call it could be fine mid-point for gatherings -- many options here.
We're 2 hrs to Victoria, Seattle, Olympia, Bellingham.
I may be able to help host depending upon timing.

So, did you guys end up doing it? I had very sad news, my father passed away, while this conversation was going on...so my life has been a bit crazy. If it didn't happen, I am planning on organizing an AIN skype conf call (or possibly talkshoe.com) next week, so perhaps we NW folks can all jump in there.

Virtual sounds great for me (as the stuff I wrote about before makes it difficult for physical travel). Since Jean and I are just minutes away, perhaps we can manage something to that effect. I am sure we can get together somehow... Webcam?
