Am eager to get to know you!  I am the absolute opposite of an improvisor which is why I joined... To learn how to improvise more with the different teams i have the privilege and joy to work with...

Am working early next week and then off on a 2-3 week hiking vacation until about July 4th..

How do you use this site? How do you use improvisation?  Where are you all located???  I am in the lovely Vallée de Joux.

Enjoy! And look forward to hearing from you!

Hey Swiss members! Should we get together in the near future and get the ball rolling? What's October/November looking like? I'm in Bern but ZH, Basel etc are only an hour by train...

Hi Carole, thanks for your post. Indeed let's get together! I see that our group is still quite small and that most members are located in the French speaking part of CH. This simply means that there are people in the German speaking part which we did not round up yet. I have personally invited a few to join us in the meantime. Are you aware of people using AI in organisations in the areas of BS, BE or ZH? If so I'd love to hear more about them so I can invite them to join us. With a slightly bigger group we can create  a sustainable community and sufficient momentum allowing us to organise training and events around AI. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Renatus

Hi Renatus,

I put a note up on the Expat Exchange page and sent an email to the actors I know in Bern; I'll see what I can do in terms of ZH and Basel. I agree we will need a bit bigger group to manage events-we'll get there! Please keep in touch! Carole

Hi all!

I am thrilled to find this group. I am based in Zürich. Ready to support any group event in any part of Switzerland.

Dear Stefan,

good to meet you here! I am quite new on this network as well. I live in Appenzell and come from Vienna. I am an actress and psychologist, I work a lot with improv in my workshops and still play improv with tiltanic in St. Gallen. Maybe we can meet somtimes, since we are not so far away.

Hi all,

Great; it seems like we are slowly getting a group together! I will mostly be available weekends due to family obligations during the week. How does November look for everyone? I think a simple get together to meet and see what we are/who we are/interests etc might be fruitful. i would opt for a maeeting in zürich..?

What do you all think?

Sounds great! november is fine, weekends is fine and Zürich is fine!

AIN External Website

We have created and launched a new website to promote Applied Improvisation to prospective clients -

As you know, we already have a great website for talking to each other: this new site is for us to talk to the world, letting people know the value that AI practitioners can bring to organisations and communities, as trainers, facilitators and inspirers of creativity. It also has a sensational new logo, thanks to our very own Bård Brænde.

Please take a look here, let us know how to improve the site, and recommend it to any potential clients you can think of.  If you’d like to be listed on the site as a Practitioner, then check out the sign-up process on the discussion linked to this email here.
