Greetings, Asia Conference Group... Lou has invited me to co-lead the Program Team, and because she is also heading up the On-the-Ground Logistics Team, I said I would handle the meetings...

Our first is scheduled for next Tuesday:
1 am Japan time
8 am San Francisco time
11 am New York time
4 and 5 pm Europe time

If you are interested to join in helping to plan the program for this 1st-ever AIN Asia conference, please contact me so I can put you on the list to get meeting times, agendas, and conference call numbers.

We have a core group of 8 (counting Lou and I), and there is room for a couple more.

Hi Lou,
I tihink that that is a fine price. Normal conference fee is about 450 euro, excluding cost for hotel. The total amount will be more or less the same, so for the people comming form abroad it sounds like a good price.
What about the particpants from Japan; do they pay the simmilar price?

been working on the agenda and the venues..
the university I teach is this... http://www.keio.ac.jp/index-en.html

My thinking is to coordinate the conference fee around $1000 including 5 nights of stay, all lunch and dinner during the conference.

what do you think?

I am still in Trondheim! but will have to be leaving early tomorrow morning.... sigh........
I really enjoyed talking and working with you!

YES! I will need lots of support to make it as great as the one I just attended..
I still feel the warm feeling in me... and everytime I look back, tears come out...
(actually I was just crying alone in my hotel room this morning... well... it is in a good way though!!)
