I am interested in the wrap-up to the client objection handling results from the 35 exercise today. From what I remember the concepts from the 21+ group were:

- When employees are learning and applying their work during the training, there is more chance they will apply it.
- Reduced up front costs with value based total costs based on agreed metrics
- give real world examples of results (case studies, stories, etc.)
- demonstrate (model) the process by doing a quick exercise or question

I am wondering what I am not remembering (which is a lot) and what the rest of the items were. Please fill in any thoughts on this that you have.

I love how Thiagi had us start with what we know -go, design a workshop together that helps a group to understand the power of improv! I love the reminder that "this workshop never ends". I love that Thiagi, after many many (94, right?) years of doing this stuff, can confidently say that "the less you know about a topic, the better you can teach it" --how liberating for ignoramuses like me. I love the handout with options for thinking about design from both the right and left brain. Though there was man more goodies packed in there I'll end with my final love -Thiagi. What a gracious, funny, humble and group-empowering man. Thanks Thiagi!
