It's said that networks become more useful and more powerful (whatever that may mean) with more members.

How can we get more people to sign up to this site?

And do we actually simply want more people to sign up, to play this numbers game? Or certain sorts of people?

I think you're on the right track in that one of the first questions is deciding WHO we ideally want to become members. Perhaps we could profile them here? The first main quality that comes to my mind is:
-actively using, or wanting to use, improv principles/exercises in professional world
