The Applied Improvisation Network

Spreading the Transforming Power of Improvisation

Join the St Albans Improv Group – More Fool Us – for six Thursday evenings that will stretch, amuse and amaze you.
Develop your confidence, presence and energy by participating in activities drawn from Alexander Technique, improvisation and drama.

There are no performing skills required, as each session leads you through a safe and enjoyable sequence of games and exercises, designed to build your abilities to work with other people, express more of yourself and increase your sense of play.

Improvisation expert Paul Z Jackson and Alexander Technique teacher Bev Keech join forces to create this unique opportunity for a series of six weeks at the Trinity Church, Beaconsfield Road – one minute from St Albans central station.

Sessions run on Thursdays from 7.30pm to 9.45 on
April 24
May 1
May 8
May 15
May 22
May 29

You can attend as many or as few sessions as you wish. Each workshop features a different set of activities, and you pay either £10 per session or £40 for the set of six.
