The weather is perfect. A cool and light breeze, very sunny. I am enjoying Trondheim early, playing/coaching with a group Sven has put together tonight.
I am gathering my thoughts on what the pre-conference session will focus on.
It will be a very good introduction to the work, and methedology of Spolin Games. We'll focus on several areas.
1. Creating room for spontaneity
2. Games to break the ice and prepare groups for going quickly into more challenging games.
3. Demonstrate techniques for active listening and deepening relationships.
4. More ways to have fun with traditional and Spolin games.
Of course things can always change on a dime if the group requires something else. That's the beauty of Improv.

Hi Lou, great that you're coming all the way from Japan! For me, it's also the first time joining an AIN conference. Really looking forward to meet everyone.
See you guys in a week!

Hi! A tip for the cheapest accomandation in Trondheim:
Contact improvisers and ask to stay at their apartments. Try these mailing lists: a@improoperatorene.no and ramp@improkompanietramp.no. There is also one hostel close to the city centre: http://www.trondheim-vandrerhjem.no/index.asp?L=ENG
