Chicago 2008 Registration & Accommodation Details

REGISTRATION: Please, read these instructions carefully before filling in the registration form.

• The cost for the pre-conference is an additional $199

ACCOMMODATION: Intercontinental Chicago O'Hare. Reserve your room ($139/night single or double occupancy)

IMPORTANT: An early booking of accommodation is needed! You will be able to book your accommodation together with your registration on the registration form.

CANCELLATION: When we have received your registration, the registration is binding. If you still need to cancel your participation; you are able to do it two months or more before the conference without any other costs than the ones that comes from returning your payment. After that, there is no refund. We have to abide by this strict policy because at that point, we have committed to your attendance at the hotel, and must absorb the cost.
