- Worked as a professional actress for until theatres began to really lose funding (thank you Mrs Thatcher!). I begun to find my best creative development as an actor after beginning Alexander Technique. Moved into Alexander Technique as the creativity of mind and body achieved through the work was phenomenal and phenomenally liberating.
