Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'
The AIN conference in Banff was an epiphany for me. I'm constantly surprised at how activities that don't involve words feel so much more effective.

I've worked for 10 years for Infopeople - a grant project that tries to keep libraries moving forward to stay relevant with all the changes in the information world. Half of my work is mentoring/coaching trainers and the other half is giving workshops on everything from Web 2.0, Techniques for helping customers self serve, dealing with difficult situations, Basic Computer use and Software training. I'd like to do more with creativity and play which I currently incorporate into every workshop but I want to do even more of it.

I"m at Learning 2008 in Orlando, Florida. I was a bit worried about coming here after the AIN conference but it's all turning out well. Many thought leaders in the area of learning. So far heard from an animal behaviorist about using positive reinforcement and how to change negative behavior by ignoring it.
