Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'

Three: 1. Jo Forsberg interrupting a scene I was in to instruct me not to attempt to write "funny" on my feet, but to let the humor emerge organically from the scene -- using environment, "Yes-And", object work, etc. 2. How profound a space walk can be in the proper instructor's hands (Gary Schwartz). 3. The realization that improvisation and creative process/facilitation are parallel art forms that can be "cross-pollinated" to good advantage = "Innovisation".
