teaching improv guidelines to non-artists for use in a negotiation (non-industrial relations) setting - the discovery by me as facilitator that their losing bananas because they broke improv rules during negotiation led to individual and considerable distress during the negotiation process - why me issues? Led to long discussion about improv as something one does to help others look better - not about the self
