The times when I went completely with my gut instinct and didn't engage my mind at all, it just seemed that magic happened -- people later called these skits 'inspired' -- so now I am working on trying to just trust this instinct and give it full rein
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
I took some improv classes in Cambridge, Massachusetts a while ago and have now 'rediscovered' it in London, have fallen in love with it and gotten addicted once again. I have taken regular classes at the Spontaneity Shop and workshops with Keith Johnstone, Patti Stiles, and Sue Walden, all of which were excellent. I would love to do some mask work.
I need help with...
Fully trusting the creative instincts of myself and my partners, being fully in this moment

Hi Ellen, good to have you in the network. The St Albans group is at best dormant, possibly expired - but we do have a thriving London group as you have discovered. Hope to see you there. Cheers, Paul
