More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
French, living in Germany, I discovered Impro in the 80's in Paris when I watched Impro matches at the Bataclan. It is only in 2004, that I started to play myself when I attended Theater classes to improve my German. It found it so compelling, that I keep learning, reading and want to spread it to the business world, as I think that Improvisation techniques and guidelines are effective to build trust, develop cooperation and confidence, increase communication and creativity, ... . Beginning of 2008, I started my own business as consultant-trainer and am offering services based on Applied Improvisation.

Hello,
Thank you for your message. Funny you should say that because I have just read that document already. I am more interested in doing improvisation than reading about it, but it was quite interesting. Yes, I believe that any fun acitivity based on communication and teambuilding (and there are plenty of examples) is good for innovation and work relationships. A UK drama teacher was telling me that his students found it easier to find work even outside the performing arts industry, just based on the fact that they developped the type of soft skills that employers are looking for nowadays.
Au plaisir,
Tania (another)
