Hi Gjis,

I notice that you are thinking of researching improv within organizations - this was a major part of my PhD, and I have also written and published about improvisational working styles, and improv in organizational contexts, especially within project-based work.

There is lots of opportunity out there to apply improv to work, and a fair amount of literature. If you are interested in this, you may want to contact me via my work email - I work and research at Boston University in the US, and my email is sleyb@bu.edu

Kind regards

Steve

Hello Gijs, I noticed that as well (as I'd received a notification of your comment). Let me look into here, I'll test it by leaving a new comment myself.

Hi Gijs
Great to here from you.

Yes! The possibilities for research are endless. The title of my thesis is “The influence of a team development intervention (improvisational theatre) on climate for work group innovation. I can send you a copy if you’d like. In what direction have you been thinking about doing your research?

I prefer to communicate over e-mail, so please reply to Burgertk@gmail.com.

Hope to here from you soon

Burgert
