Dear Hikaru San,
Glad to know that you have slept 24 hours to get your incredible energy back. Malik and I got back to Taiwan safely though we had to change our flight due to the incident in Tokyo.

Have you picked up the present I left you at the front desk of Conrad Hotel? Hope you will enjoy them.

I am having cold symtons now like heavy coughing. I better get well soon cuz Yael are doing a workshop this weekend and I am her interpreter.

Thank you for putting up a very warm and fun and special conference. Malik and I enjoyed it, and I surely am happy that I made it. Talk to you later.

Hi, Hikaru San,
Sorry for not replying earlier. Always enjoying ur passion and efficiency.

I will not join the Hot Spring tour, though very tempting, and probably not the afterward tour either, so you guys will just have to enjoy the fun for me.

Here are the T-Shirt size for me and the other 3 from Taiwan:
Eliz Tsai - M
Julia Ko-Chen Lo - M
Hsiao-Hsien - S
Tara Hsueh (Hsueh, Pi Wen) - S,

We have booked beds at the Sakura Hostel, so no need for your hotel booking.

My flight is arriving Tokyo on 3/17 (18:00), departing on 3/24 (14:25).
Hsiao-Hsien's flight is arriving on 3/18 (13:45), departing 3/23 (19:00)

I don't know the flight of the other 2 yet.
That's about it for now.
Can u give me ur cell phone number once I get to Tokyo, I can give u a call.

BTW, the T-Shirt design is awesome, and I totally enjoyed reading ur self-intro. I better get an autograph from u before u become too famous being children's books writers and illustrators!

Cheers!
ET (that's my initial friends call me)

Hi Lou,
I just registered for the conference and booked my flight. I will arrive on sunday 15 and will leave on monday 23. I am not sure about my reservation in the hotel. On the registrationform I booked a single room, but I was not asked how many nights I would be staying. To make it clear: I would like to book the hotel from sunday 15 untill monday 23. Can you help? And is there any more information on the event before the conference??

Hug

Alieke

Thank you!
I am not sure about the hot spring yet cuz I was planning to leave Tokyo on March 23, but now things have changed again. When will be the last day to let you know about the hot spring?

Hello, Hikaru Lou San,
Just let you know that I got my credit card bill today that I still got billed for US$600 though I registerd in the early bird period. I am assuming that Hsiao-Hsien, Julia Lu and Tara Hsueh (Hsueh, Pi-Wen) will encounter the same situation since we all registered about the same date.
Please advise.
I have told my other 2-3 friends, unfortunately, they can't make it this time.
See you next Month! Oh, my gosh, time really passes so soon!
