Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'
The day after intense immersion in troupe scene building, I ask myself, "where did that line ( movement, gesture, etc ) come from ?

Losing self-consciousness and merging into the group mind enhances sales relationnships, in much the same way it affects all human relationships.
It happens every day.
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
I've always had to balance my strong creative needs with being accountable for sales/develoipment revenue. Sales, Tactical Marketing and Develolpment, broadly speaking, has been a good fit for my needs. I may give more speeches/ presentations and have fancier multimedia than I need to, relative to my revenue generation. But, I've always met my quotas, balancing my organizational obligations and earned my freedom to be as creative as I want to be.
It blows my mind that many improvvers with limited organizational experience, are so surprised about improv in sales and development. They think it's so straight-laced, aggressive and untheatrical.
When I first got interested in merging improv processes into sales conversation enhancement, I was short sighted about how to "sell" this niche to Corporate and bigtime Nonprofit America. My takeaway is that "Aha" experiences need to be coupled with tangible products that sales and development forces can use to enhance revenue. I'm developing multimedia and "pitch" scenario tools that become additional products of my consulting/workshops.
I believe that moves closer to providing a tangible product to support the "aha" moments. Stay tuned to find out how well that works!
