I recently took part in a contact improvisation dance retreat. One of the activities was a twenty minute "intuitive movement" session. Each person took a space on the floor. While a partner assigned to you observed, you had to just let your body go or move however it wanted to without thinking. In that twenty minutes, I discovered a much deeper place of non-judgment and a new way to be completely in the moment.
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
My main goal in life is not to live in reality, because reality isn't real.
I specialize in bringing people together through music, stories and dance. I currently own Oregon's largest drama outreach program, serving a hundred local schools with high quality theatre programs taught by professional theatre artists. I also just started "Ensemble," a corporate training firm that specializes in transformational team-building and leadership workshops.
Watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you, because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in the magic will never find it. --Roald Dahl
