Running groups at a teen bereavement camp, with kids aged 12 - 18: 3rd day - emotions are high, and we seem to hit a wall. Before they could shut down I started be-bopping a rhythmic base line, some kids picked it up. Over that I led then in an a capella jazzified "With A Little Help From My Friends" and they started improvising a musical conversation...it was true spontaneity heart to heart.
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
I am a therapist, writer and performer not in any particular order - I'm focused on my book right now: Possible Futures: Creative Thinking For The Speed of Life because its new and its a few years' work in one piece. Comedy is my religion, music is my heart, I enjoy the live encounter in therapy, in theater, anywhere..
