- After 15 years of management experience in the United States, France and the Czech Republic, I leveraged my knowledge and international experience to become a professional coach in the Czech Republic. As a business coach, for the past 11 years, I have developed a range of coaching and training programs for mid- and top-level managers which focus on leadership development, cross-cultural understanding and effective communication in an international environment. I am also a frequent guest speaker at business conferences and educational institutions and a regular contributor to business journals and magazines.
