- I always looking for freedom in others respect, spontaneity and intuition, even in business relations. The company is a big "game of improvisation", you have to accept to build efficiently, and listen to argue... The new hero is a champion of a big team communication.

- I'm passionated in my job, because my job is a creation wich matches my improv, pedagogic and skills in one all inclusive passion... I love that, I do all my way by intuition and I discover AIN 1 year ago. It's wonderful to share this philosophy.

I work with comedians (improvisors) and partners consultants of En Haut de l'AFFICHE.
Creator of a method which helps to develop humans skills to improve management, selling, and communication. I train groups and individual by experience thru a metaphoric experience of business life built on theatral improvisation (or movie creation...). This allows to discover, improve and train everyone's behavioural and commuication skills, hence improve on the job performance. Pragmatic techniques are given to the learners. Beside training and coaching, EN HAUT DE L'AFFICHE also proposes team building and internal communication events.
