The business model today is a formal theater company : 1st role, 2nd, and a lot of figurants... (caricatural)
If we applied improv skills to business, it'll become a cooperation dynamic model with leadership and develop people. For me, the real power is to decide to change in this way really analogic to the actuals problematics...

I'm passionated in my job, because my job is a creation wich matches my improv, pedagogic and skills in one all inclusive passion... I love that, I do all my way by intuition and I discover AIN 1 year ago. It's wonderful to share this business training way.

I train groups and individual by experience thru a metaphoric experience of business life built on theatral improvisation (or movie creation...). Greetings from Portland, Sylvaine... the AIN conference ended yesterday, and I am still experiencing the glow.... and finally got to my emails! Next year's conference will be in Amsterdam, so perhaps you will attend, and we will meet there... or in the UK where I travel often.
