- I began improvising as a hobby a number of years ago when I was working as a classroom teacher. Since then I've changed careers to work as a Recruiter and Trainer but I still teach workshops for kids. I am passionate about improv as a means to enhance self awareness, positive choices, team support , communication, brainstorming and so many other leadership skills and I seek to find practical ways to use it in my organization. I just started a graduate program in Learning and Organizational Change to help me meet that goal.

It was great to meet you at the AIN Chicago Conference! Thanks so much for coming to my workshop. I enjoyed your energy and enthusiasm. I hope that the workshop gave you some good ideas for your work. Please let me know how you use what you learned.
