"If you were a stock, you'd be in a very aggressive growth fund," I was once told by my acupuncturist. Self-transformation is my life path, in the service of that-thing-which-is-ultimately-unnameable. I'm a Taoist, so the path and the goal of the path are ultimately the same thing for me.

Edgar Allen Poe said, "Since I am convinced myself, I do not have to convince anybody else."

How juicy it is to know with the whole body! If there's fear, rage, despair, whatever -- and I eat it up and swallow it whole and let it burn in my belly -- that's healthy eating.

Hi Melissa,

I really enjoyed meeting you at the AIN conference. I'm so glad that you got a lot out of my workshop--that makes me feel GREAT! Would you be willing to send me a comment about your experience in the workshop that I could quote?

Welcome to the AIN community!
