During the second day of an InterPlay "Untensive" I suddenly felt that sense of "pretend" like I did as a kid with my best friend Joyce. I was really just "playing pretend" and had let go of all judgement and self consciousness and felt totally free.
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
For 20 years I worked with difficult clients, adolescents, severe trauma survivors, couples in the throws of pending divorces and over that time developed a model that, once you get it, allows you to shift how you think about yourself and everyone else. I use it in my marriage of 10 years and with my 5 kids. And, I have freed myself to be more of who I am through InterPlay releasing me from the stress of holding all those stories and the pain they carry, both my own and my clients.
I need help with...
Building my Interplay group. I need more people to play with and more opportunities to play. If you know people who know that speaking in front of others is a problem for them, or they are shy or not confident InterPlay can incrementally help them let go of that restraint. And, people who are in need of like-minded playful spirits to share connection and the joy of being more fully alive can find those opportunities with us.
