Have been using improv principles and practices in my organizational change work for several years, and have a "Creative Facilitation Using Improv" public program for trainers and OD practitioners. the conference was groundbreaking! my partner Jodeen and i led a session that was so much fun we forgot we were leading it. i look forward to sharing more with you, in person! i'll keep you posted in travels to DC.
