Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'
At an InterPlay Untensive retreat more than a decade ago, Cynthia Winton-Henry introduced the InterPlay concepts of body data (information bits), body knowledge (patterns) and body wisdom (applying the data and knowledge to everyday life choices). Then she said, "it's good to notice but you don't have to explain what you know or ow you know it." Simultaneously, my whole body relaxed and felt happily excited. Movement/kinesthetic experience has always been my first language and up to that day, no one had every validated that for me.

Nov. 09 - in the next few months, I'm searching for and interviewing leadership teams (of non-profits or businesses) in the San Francisco Bay Area who would be interested in participating in my 6 mo. PhD Participatory Action Research project in Spring-Summer 2010. Please contact me if you can make an introduction to an interested team. Thanks!

I was there for the pre-conf, but not Cynthia's; I was co-facilitating the "Notice More, Change Less" one (very exciting).

Yes, let's have that drink in SF on a Tu or Th after 6! Nov 24? Dec 3? (I'd like to invite my mom along, and she'll be staying with me those nights)

Happy to have you back in the "fold"... some fun things coming up to feed your applied improv soul. Is Nika@TheGreaterPossibility.com
