I have an M.A. in Transformative Learning & Human Development and my research is focused on using improv as a tool for tranformative learning. I am a performer and an instructor at the Upfront Theater, and I have an applied improv coaching business called Spontaneity Works. I also have a degree in creative writing and have worked as a freelance writer, editor and teach workshops in creative writing.

I live and work in Bellingham, WA, where I perform and teach improv at the Upfront Theater. When I am not at the theater I can be found playing with my dog, hiking, and watching movies.
