More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
Robin Cook Bio

Robin Cook is a thought leader in organizational development/culture change/change management. At 19, he received his B.A. in Philosophy, and at 21 his M.A. in Human Relations – both from the University of Oklahoma. He then worked for the Chicago Department of Human Services, & established a management consulting practice in the areas of organizational development and training.

In 1992, he joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago (34 YMCAs, 5,000 employees) as part of a team spearheading a massive set of turnaround/culture change initiatives that took the Y from 20 years in the red to 5 in the black and from a legacy organization to national recognition for innovation - the 1998 George Land World Class Innovator Award. He received a full scholarship to the Innovation University Best Practices Fellowship - an extraordinary opportunity which resulted in his development of the Organizational "Molecular" Model diagnostic tool and his identification of 9 cultural characteristics shared by some of the most innovative organizations in the world.

In 2000, Robin was hired by a dot-com startup, charged with creating the organization’s culture. That year, he attended the first workshop on Chaordic process in San Francisco and became involved in the Chaordic Consulting Fractal.

In early 2008, Robin Joined Angarai International as the Organizational Development SME supporting a massive reorganization initiative for a major Department of Defense agency.

Robin has had papers accepted to the First International Conference on Human Resources Development in Asia and the Association of Management/International Association of Management. He is probably the closest thing there is to an expert on "cultures of innovation".
