Kerstin, you're right, somehow. And I would love to help looking for locations and be onsite - for this Sweden is a little bit far away, and I do not speak or even understand the language. These are my challenges.

German, living in Switzerland since 1993, looking for "home". Did a commercial apprenticeship, studied computer science, dropped all this to be a copy-writer. Became mum, then single mum, then fan of a grown-up son. Discovered writing, painting, thinking, improvisational theatre, story-telling. Try to pass on what I've learned and go on learning together with others.

Thanks for your sharing your experiences, Roswitha! For me the links between organisational development, training, improvisation, creativity, dealing with living systems you cannot control, open mindset, and solution focus are gradually becoming clearer. We can only aim at being a good 'companion de route' for our clients and enjoy the trip towards their solutions with them
Hi Roswita, seems you have a lot of stuff to share ... Let's start with small steps!! So let me reframe my question (hoping it is a useful one for you as well):
- How did you use improv in your seminars?
- What difference did that make (both for you and for the participants)?
- What is the first thing you would notice to be different if you would take this to a next level?
Hi Roswita, together with my friend Klaas (who is part of an improv group) Liselotte and I are preparing an open workshop on impro for trainers. Could you give me some clues about what you have learnt from the improvisors already?
Anton
Hi Roswita, good to see you here! I have fond memories of your solution focused writing workshop in Köln. We used the same format (have people discover what they do when they are dealing effectively with some of their recurring difficulties) two weeks ago with HR consultants.
Thanks for the inspiration,
Anton
You are so bold! Really proud of you my friend. And maybe, maybe you can find some material for your book as well. Let's hope so! Please, translate it into English.
