Living in Bosotn, on my way to Portland in June. I'm a Playback Theater artist and applied improv gal with other hats and tricks...looking to soon connect with others who are interested in exploring techniques, practices, and to PLAY!! Summer chat...

If you're interested in getting together with folks from the Pacific Northwest area to experiment with your ideas, start a 'mastermind' group, or have some kind of regional conference, etc. then please jump on in!

I think there is a key idea that goes beyond "Networks" which is that of "Communities of practice". I think the word community goes beyond what a network is, suggesting, not just link up, but mutual support, learning and cooperaiton, even co-desig...

Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'
In ensemble work, fewer people demands we all bring our "A" game and show up fully present for each other. There are many challenges in ensemble work, especially in bigger groups, but less can be more!
More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
I have a passion for building community through arts/theater/movement. I use a combo of improv forms to addressing the current disconnect in our technological times, which is a powerful and purposeful mission in my life. Entering the Unknown and trusting discoveries (alone or as an ensemble) can create new self awareness and meaningful, potent art. Joy in singing, sharing, laughing, tickling, dancing and being alone and with others fills my heart and consumes my life. Onward!
I need help with...
the continuation of building social and professional creative network and tips on how to create work (i.e. offering creativity/play workshops to the public).
