Aside from the AIN conferences in 2005-7, I have had the delightful experience of being 'in the zone' on one particular improv performance a couple of years ago (I haven't performed recently) where I was able to see, conduct, and enhance the multiple threads in the montage.

Zohar Adner is the author of The Gift of Stress and creator of the Seven R's of Stress Release® program. Based on his expertise as a Stress Release Specialist, he has developed this system to help release ANY stress quickly, easily, and effectively.

He has assisted clients in letting go of many types of stress including: life-vision uncertainty, work/life balance, family conflicts, life-threatening medical issues, and public speaking concerns.

Zohar lectures on aligning people's lives with their inner desires with the result of releasing stress. He also conducts communication workshops that bring out people's natural, vibrant, expressive abilities through improvisation techniques.

It was a great session Zohar....so thanks to you and Sue! I used the "Good News, Bad news...etc" exercise on my way home as we had some travel challenges! My train buddy sure knows the exercise now too! :)

Ah yes, group counting! I've found that by the end the group members really feel in sync with one another. I like it when people hold hands while doing that, but it depends on the group and when it's used in the program.
