Share a favorite 'improv epiphany'

playing a situation at equal status can lead to amazing disclosures and breakthroughs in communication, especialy when the power dynamics of position are hierarchical. The choice to meet as equals cuts through theimbalances of influence.

Currently working on research and presentations around urgency addiction and the need to break the cycle of adrenalin rush and problem solving busyness that gets carried over into personal life. Just did a presentation at Calgary at the Health work and wellness conference and received great feedback
