Just wanted to reach out to a whole bunch of my pals on here and share with you all that I got a new gig in May. I'm the training and development lead for a software company called Accero that sells HR and Payroll software. IMPROVing Organizations still exists and who knows some day may be a vehicle for me to independantly persue the work I love.
