Spreading the Transforming Power of Improvisation

Hey there everyone! I am interested in spreading the word about IMPROVSTOCK 2009! Keith Johnstone is coming to Chattanooga for a seven day intensive workshop hosted by Skwalking Heads Productions and the Chattanooga Center for Creative Arts March 9-15, 2009. This is an amazing opportunity for us here and we hope you might be able to join us and fellow improvisers from Chicago, Atlanta, Columbus, (and more!) Chattanooga Tennessee is 2 hours North of Atlanta, 2 hours from Nashville TN, 2 hours from Knoxville...the "scenic City" of the South...there is an amazing resurgence of creativity here...and the city and folk here are the perfect setting for a workshop like this...(Keith enjoys are "Greenlife Grocery" and I am sure he will enjoy our new and bigger, better Greenlife on the Northshore...can't wait to take you to lunch there Keith!)

Zach Laliberte and Kelly Jean will also be here from the Chicago Physical Theatre Institute and will be offering mask work as an added bonus to your work with Keith....can't go wrong with this workshop!

So Maria...Why can't you come to Chattanooga? We would love to meet you in person! Check out Keith's website workshops@keithjohnstone.com to get more info. You can contact James Faulkner and he can give you the latest updates.

Hope to see you...We would love to host an AIN conference in Chattanooga. The Southeast Theatre Conference is being held here March 5-9 and we will have over 4500 theatre professionals and students for the weekend. I will be teaching a short workshop at SETC and CHATTANOODLE our Improv troupe will be performing a midnight show at the SETC fringe festival.
FUN! I wonder when we could entice folks to come to an AIN conference here?

Sounds like an amazing event, wish I could be there. Does anyone know if Keith Johnstone is coming to the UK to do any workshops sometime soon?
Maria
