I am passionate about positive cultural evolution, even though I think the odds are slim that our global civilisation will not unravel horribly quite soon. Methods such as Crucial Conversations, Non-Violent Communication, Synectics, all our improv stuff and no doubt Constructive Conversations all contribute to developing the collaborative goodwill and emotional centredness that is the psychological essence of a viable society.
