Nice, clear check-in Karen. I like to do this one as a socio-metric where people at the center of the room = the adjectives described in your 5 and on the outside, the 1s. I then ask them to emote how they feel 'about' the fact that they are in that space. etc etc.

Another good 'check-in' is to have people share the two strongers, contrasting feelings, that they currently have and one sentence describing each.
